No.. GuitarLeg can always stay on your guitar. It is not in the way when you are playing and it has no effect on the sound quality of your guitar. It will probably fit in your case installed on the guitar... But if it doesn't, just press the release clip and slide it off, it should easily store inside a case pocket or under the neck, just rap it in your cleaning cloth.
It should work if your Instrument has a symmetrical body at the base and a flat, unobstructed area on the backside 7.5 inches from the bottom and 4.75 inches wide. But if it doesn't work for you, then just return it within 30 days for a full refund.
The only part of the stand that should touch your guitar is the adhesive foam strip that attaches to the mounting track. Should you ever decide that you no longer want it installed, you can easily remove the track with a length of dental floss pulled back and forth between the track and the foam. Once the track is gone, pull sideways on the strip to stretch it and release the adhesive. Any remaining residue can be safely removed with Goo gone, Goof off, or a citrus-based hand cleaner.
The Guitar leg is surprisingly stable. But as with any other stand, you must ensure it is on solid ground and stable before releasing it. High winds, playing children, and pets could also knock it over, so unless you live alone, it is best used for short-term storage or in a controlled environment.
Sure... We would love to get the word out about this great new product. Just drop us a line.
